The process
Send us your CV. If it fits, we’ll invite you to one call: part conversation, part a short lesson you teach while we watch. We’d rather see you teach than hear you describe teaching, and we send you everything you need to prepare.

Who we’re looking for
- Native or near-native English
- Experience holding a child’s attention: teaching, tutoring, a club, a team
- Patience with a student who is nervous about speaking
- A reliable connection, a quiet room, a working camera and microphone
