The terms, in plain language

- Paid upfront
- By bank transfer. Arranged with you directly after the consultation.
- Packs have an end date
- Set at the recommended pace of two lessons a week, plus half again, so there is room for a holiday, a bad week or a bout of flu.
- Nothing is cancelled, only moved
- If you can’t make a lesson, you agree a new time with your teacher and it stays in your pack. The same applies if your teacher can’t make it.
- You can pause
- Every pack includes a pause. Tell us in advance and the end date moves by the same number of days.
- Nothing renews automatically
- You will never see a charge you didn’t decide on. We remind you 30, 14 and 7 days before a pack ends.
- Fourteen days to change your mind
- Within fourteen days of buying we refund the lessons you haven’t taken. After that a pack isn’t refundable, though you can transfer what’s left.
- Unused lessons can be transferred
- To a sibling, or anyone you choose, as long as the pack hasn’t reached its end date.
Founding rates
These are our founding rates, and they will rise as the roster fills. If you start now, your rate holds for six months, across every pack you buy in that time.
How much is a lesson?
A single lesson is 700 TL for forty minutes, one-to-one. Bought in packs the rate drops, down to 600 TL in the twelve-lesson pack.
Do packs expire?
Yes: six weeks for eight lessons, nine for twelve, eighteen for twenty-four, and thirty-six for forty-eight. That’s the recommended pace of two lessons a week plus half again, so there’s room for a holiday, a bad week or a bout of flu.
Why is there an expiry at all?
Because spread-out lessons don’t work. A pack with no end date quietly allows one lesson a week (half the pace we recommend), and the result is a student who stalls and a parent who sees nothing for their money. The window is there to protect the outcome, not to rush you.
We’re going away, or my child is ill. Can we pause?
Yes. Every pack includes a pause, one to four weeks depending on its size. Tell us in advance and the pack’s end date moves by the same number of days.
Does anything renew automatically?
No. Nothing is ever charged without you deciding to buy another pack. We remind you thirty, fourteen and seven days before the current pack ends.
Can I get a refund?
Within fourteen days of buying, yes: we refund the lessons you haven’t taken, with any you have taken deducted at the pack’s per-lesson rate. After that window a pack isn’t refundable, though you can still transfer what’s left.
